To whom it may concern,
I would like to recommend the Mulholland Security Centers to anyone
with a need for premises/building security. As a financial institution
our security requirements are very stringent, and our security hardware
and systems have been built up over the 20 years of business at our
current location. We knew we wanted to add a few cameras and update
some old ones, as well as tighten up the general overall security. In
December our Credit Union contracted Mulholland for an evaluation and
overhaul of our security hardware systems.
The MSC team did an extensive walk-through at our Burbank location and
presented a detailed report of all of the security vulnerabilities they
discovered, which ranged from the obvious to the subtle. They shared
different ideas and strategies to increase the security of our entire
facility according to our specific needs, within an appropriate budget
that covered each of the vulnerabilities with the necessary remedy.
These solutions include:
• High security locks: anti-bump, anti
-snap, anti-pick and anti-drill, for all external doors.
• Overhauled our CCTV system, with
aesthetic small cameras above the cashier’s positions.
• Installed concealed cameras, and extra
cameras at the ATM areas.
• Insured that all perimeter areas are
covered by the cameras, no blind-spots, as much as possible.
• They are also maintaining the DVRs and
monitors to ensure that everything is working properly.
• Padlocks for electrical cut-offs on the
exterior of the building.
The Mulholland team was fast, very experienced, and went above and
beyond the call when performing the installation to meet our needs for
both aesthetics and absence of customer disruption.
I highly recommend Mulholland security for those who are considering
any security improvements!

Would it be possible to schedule
another round of this type of work? I think it was Shahat
that was here before, who was excellent. I have another
camera to install, a bit of maintenance on stuff I can't reach(camera
hood slipped off in the storms), and he mentioning shortening the extra
cable length when he was here last time, which is probably a good idea
as well(we have about 200 feet of excess cabling coiled behind the
monitor).
I'd prefer to keep doing all of this project with you and your company.

very quickly, and each of your technicians seem to take special care to
keep the work areas clean and clear, obviously showing respect for the
property.

If you recall, when I put the property up for sale, I had it staged.
The truck delivering the furnishings damaged one of the gates. The
company took responsibility. For my part, I was very pleased with the
fairness and consideration you demonstrated in repairing and billing
the staging company.
That meant a lot to me.
I have had this gate for a few years now, and it is always functioning
smoothly and looks as good as it ever did.

10911 Weyburn Avenue last year. Your company's prompt response to our
many requests for re keying keys and other related hardware problems
made the transition in to the new 10,000

has been performing regular and emergency services at the Burbank/Bob
Hope Airport for the past five years. They have always responded in
short time, whenever the airport places a call for service. They have
always been able to handle all calls whether it is during normal
business hours of after hours when an emergency might arrive. They have

procure repair parts almost immediately to take care of any problems. I

Now I know why you are the man! You are first and most importantly a
nice man and I'm sure a great dad. I love dealing with good people who
know who they are and then.... what they are talking about. Too many
people think they know, but actions speak louder than words. Enough

During a recent field trip to view the
Cantera iron doors last Saturday, I approached the option of changing
the entry door security access from magnetic locks to a "buzz in "
system with our security volunteer Don Williams. I was able
to
discuss in brief, but there are technical questions he had, and that
were raised by the others in the group, and we would like to discuss it
further with you if you are available.

Just
as an FYI, Mulholland Security, the company Diana Stiller identified
and that did a security survey at the building a few months ago, just
completed the security upgrade job at my personal residence that I
mentioned to you.
They replaced three existing
night vision cameras, relocating one of them, and added two new
cameras.
All the cameras were connected to my
existing GE digital recorder and integrated to operate correctly,
including viewing the camera images remotely over the Internet.
The work was
done in an efficient and workmanlike manner. Everything
works properly. All
appointments were kept and necessary rain delays were noticed promptly
via e-mail so as to minimize the impact on my schedule. The jobsite was
left clean and orderly. The outdoor work on stucco surfaces was
properly caulked and waterproofed.
The technicians even troubleshot and
repaired an annoying problem with one of the existing camera locations.
They
stayed until after dark to make sure the night vision worked properly
and that the cameras were aimed and focused as I wanted them. There is
little more they could have done to meet my expectations.
Overall, I
am highly satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use the
services of Mulholland Security at the Broadway Hollywood,
assuming
their bid was competitive and that they possess the core competencies
to handle our access control and physical security (locks, welding,
etc.) issues, which I did not have an opportunity to experience or
evaluate.
I have no personal interest
or investment in the HOA employing Mulholland Security for our security
needs. I only wish to candidly report my experience to management and
the board and add to our collective body of information.
